I recently worked with SERVPRO regarding damage to the contents of my vehicle following a lithium battery fire. I had the opportunity to speak directly with Brittany Narey, the manager, and I appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to take the time to address my questions and concerns. Brittany Narey clearly explained that, based on SERVPRO’s assessment and the nature of a lithium battery fire, the affected items should be considered unsalvageable.
