I had the opportunity to speak directly with Brittany Narey, the manager, and I appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to take the time to address my questions and concerns. Brittany Narey clearly explained that, based on SERVPRO’s assessment and the nature of a lithium battery fire, the affected items should be considered unsalvageable. She explained that battery-related contamination can potentially cause damage to materials over time, even when damage is not immediately visible, and that replacement of the affected items is therefore recommended. I especially appreciated receiving this assessment and explanation in writing, as it provided important clarity regarding the condition of my belongings and the appropriate course of action. Brittany was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout our conversation. She made sure I understood SERVPRO’s position and recommendations and was willing to answer my questions. Based on my experience, I would recommend SERVPRO, and specifically Brittany, to anyone dealing with fire-related damage who needs a professional and knowledgeable assessment.
