My entire experience with SERVPRO, from start to finish, was fantastic! When I called and talked to Talena in the office she was incredible about talking me through what was going on from an experts opinion. She ended up recommending another service before SERVPRO did anything which ended up meaning I could have not even needed SERVPRO at all and yet she was still sent a commercial grade air purifier to my home to wash my mind in the process. I ended up not needing SERVPRO and she continued to check in to make sure everything was attended to before eventually setting up for the pick up of the air purifier.
