The team (Kevin, Chris, and Travis) were always on time and responsive to my concerns/texts/calls. They were very friendly and patient with me while I asked 101 questions :-). I felt safe with them being in my home even while I had to be away for work. They cleaned up the area and provided recommendations on how we could salvage as much as I could of the bathroom. They made me feel like we were all a team and this event was OUR problem to handle, not mine alone. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
