SERVPRO corporate has approximately 1700 franchises in the US and Canada. We are primarily a fire and water cleanup and restoration company. We clean structures and contents that are damaged by soot and smoke. We also extract water and dry structures that have been flooded by leaky roofs, overflowing toilets, broken pipes, etc.

We work directly with the Homeowner’s Insurance, as most of our jobs are covered losses. We also offer other self-pay services such as duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation and bio-hazard cleanup.

We always strive to have the highest quality of work, compassionate nature, professionalism and IICRC trained staff. We not only work for the homeowner but their insurance adjuster as well so we essentially have two customers to serve on each job. SERVPRO Corporate provides for each and every staff member from office to production, marketing and of course, management.

Eddie, Jamie, David, and Mike came out to evaluate the water damage in my home. They were extremely courteous and friendly, explained everything that was taking place, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also took extra care with all of my belongings. Had a waterline leak that caused some water damage in my house. I have to say I’m seriously impressed with the service I received. My crew was Eddie T and Eddie V with Prentice as the PM. This team knocked it out. The work and attention to detail on the vapor barrier and the responsiveness of the whole crew was fantastic. I highly recommend these folks. They certainly take pride in making the issue “like it never happened!” Thanks a million!
