Thank goodness for SERVPRO of Houston County! After a water pipe burst in my home, they provided exceptional service to me! The team (Kevin, Chris, and Travis) were always on time and responsive to my concerns/texts/calls. They were very friendly and patient with me while I asked 101 questions :-). I felt safe with them being in my home even while I had to be away for work. They cleaned up the area and provided recommendations on how we could salvage as much as I could of the bathroom. They made me feel like we were all a team and this event was OUR problem to handle, not mine alone. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

I am very pleased with the service we received. A hot water leak caused major damage before we realized what was happening. SERVPRO cleaned up the water damaged, replaced flooring, sheet rock, new water heater, and painted. They worked with my insurance and couldn’t have been more professional.
