It was a Saturday morning, washing machine overflowed water in the hallway and part of bedroom carpet. Disclaimer: it may or not have actually been my fault....lol. Husband called SERVPRO, less than 30 minutes, callback from Mr Lovell. Totally professional, helpful, great attitude! Would give 10 stars if I could!
