Professional , job well done!

My Dad and I used the clean-up services of Servpro Brunswick after a small kitchen fire. Katie, Peggy, and Peggie were the names of the women on the team that did this job. These women were in every way amazing from start to finish. They were personable and kind which is always important, but they were also professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated to doing this job from start to finish in a perfect way. They wasted no time and worked very well as a team. Even though steadily busy throughout the day, they were also willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Katie, Peggy, and Peggie are an asset to your company and if this type of service was again required, I would choose them as they have set a very high bar in the way they perform their job duties. Great support and service

A busted water heater in our attic caused water damage to the garage ceiling and wall to garage and kitchen. Serv pro (Ben) came out the same day and started the restoration process. He called and checked on property daily.

Chelsea was a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured but were relieved to have someone in our side. She walked us step by step through the entire process. She is great! We highly recommend her.

Everyone at SERVPRO of Brunswick was the best! I called the office and spoke with Heather. She was so helpful in getting the water removal process started. Ben from SERVPRO of Brunswick was out to the site with the water issue in just a short time and removed all the water and removed the carpet. He keep me informed of every step and helped determine the water issue. My family will definitely use SERVPRO of Brunswick again and recommend them too.

I would like to thank Ben and Dan for their prompt response to the flooding that unfortunately happened in my condo. Ben and Dan showed up late Friday afternoon and did not leave until fans and dehumidifiers were set up. I asked many questions and if Dan wasn’t sure he was very quick at getting answers for me. I will say they are a polite, kind and professional company. I just want to give a big shout out to Dan for putting up with all my questions. Thank you 😊

My husband and I had ServPro come out today to pull up our carpet and clean up our guest bathroom from the water damage and debris. Ben and Chase did an amazing job and were also very helpful in explaining step by step of what they were going to do as well as giving advice as how to keep our home safe from future damage!
