Amazing staff from the office to ownership. Melina and Celine were such a pleasure to work with. Alex and Danny were field techs that were responsive and informative. I would like to say a couple things about Servpro of West Palm Beach, the techs are very professional they cover the floors when they walked in cover the walls before they started the job and went step-by-step with me on how they were going to perform the job at my house, I am very picky of who comes into my house, especially when I don’t know themthey had a system that alerted me when they were on their way very professional staff. I talked on the phone to the staff that came to my home. I will highly recommend them.
