Daniel, Charles, Israel, & Andres were amazing! A neighboring unit had a pipe burst and it flooded into ours. They came so quickly after I called and immediately got to work. They were so professional and really took care of our home as if it were theirs. They worked hard to salvage as much of our stuff as possible. We could not have taken care of this ourselves and we are so grateful for their expertise. I would recommend their services again and again!

I can’t speak highly enough about Claudy from ServPro! He truly went above and beyond during his visit today performing a visual inspection of the mold in my apartment. Claudy's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer care is exceptional. Amazing staff from the office to ownership. Melina and Celine were such a pleasure to work with. Alex and Danny were field techs that were responsive and informative. Tyler and Melissa along with Jason’s oversight educated me with estimate and what it looks like to insurance company for their portion of responsibility. Great experience. I would like to say a couple things about Servpro of West Palm Beach, the techs are very professional they cover the floors when they walked in cover the walls before they started the job and went step-by-step with me on how they were going to perform the job at my house, I am very picky of who comes into my house, especially when I don’t know themthey had a system that alerted me when they were on their way very professional staff. I talked on the phone to the staff that came to my home. I will highly recommend them.

I cannot thank Servpro enough for their exceptional service and expertise during a recent mold issue. Finding mold was not an ideal way to go into the weekend, but the Servpro team handled everything with such professionalism and care!

SERVPRO WEST PALM BEACH saved our condo from a major flood just before Christmas 2023!
