My 92 year- old mother’s house flooded due to a leak in the wall. We chose to call SERVPRO due to their outstanding reviews from other customers. Once contacted, they immediately came out and started removing all flooring that was soaked. They quickly cleaned the flooring to remove any mildew as as quickly as possible. Mario was our project manager. We could not have asked for a more responsible, respectful, informative, and caring individual. Mario stating close contact with my mother and always responded to her texts and phone calls. He was a true godsend. My mom was very grateful for Mario and I appreciated the way. He responded to her, her questions, concerns, and needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the response from Servpro and especially Mario.
