Meet Our Team

Jesus Perez is our General Manager in Tampa, Florida. Jesus is a valuable member of our team, having worked at 4 of our 6 locations, holding almost every position. Over his time with us, he has demonstrated over and again his dedication to doing the right thing. We are fortunate to have such an honest, hard-working guy representing SERVPRO Team Nicholson.

Mario Roman spent several years working at our Fort Worth, Texas franchise before transferring to Tampa, where he currently serves as Restoration Manager. Mario is a highly valuable member of our team who consistently demonstrates dedication, teamwork, and a willingness to support others. He is always ready to step in, assist his colleagues, and contribute wherever needed. His experience and commitment make him a great asset to our organization.

Jeannette is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Tampa Southeast. She is a reliable contact between our clients and our production crews, handling everything from customer connections to entering invoices. Jeff Truitt serves as Executive Vice President of Revenue for Team Nicholson. Before stepping into this role, he served as our COO and previously held leadership positions, including Chief of Staff to Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and CEO of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council. Since moving to Clarksville in 1992 while serving in the U.S. Air Force with Ft. Campbell Special Forces units, Jeff has remained deeply committed to the community. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.

As Executive Vice President of Operations for Team Nicholson, Bill Shook brings over 16 years of restoration industry experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Tarleton University, along with WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, and Lead-Based Paint certifications. Bill plays a key role in driving operational excellence across our multi-franchise group, with a focus on talent development, process improvement, and strategic growth.

Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.

Lori Wilson serves as Senior Vice President of Administration for Team Nicholson. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry—including time at SERVPRO Corporate—Lori brings extensive knowledge and leadership to our team. She holds Master certifications in Water, Fire, and Textile Restoration, is an IICRC Instructor, and also carries a general OSHA certification. Originally from Middle Tennessee, Lori is passionate about supporting our team’s growth and development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Sadie.

Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from local Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.

As a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Manager. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.

Taylor is the Training & Development Assistant for SERVPRO Team Nicholson. A Tennessee native, she graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Marketing. Taylor supports new employee onboarding and ongoing team development across the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.

Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.

Julia serves as a Sales & Marketing Representative for Team Nicholson. She has her bachelor's degree in Marketing and has over 7 years of experience leading a sales team. She's originally from Idaho, so she's a big mountain girl at heart who loves to ski.

Tashauna Johnson is our Controller with us on our Regional Team. Coming to us at SERVPRO Team Nicholson from our Gallatin, TN, corporate offices, she has years of proven experience with our brand and expertise in her field.

Maria is our Digital Content Specialist at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She creates and manages all the digital content to improve our online presence. With her attention to detail and love for quality, Maria ensures our online presence represents us. Her friendly and helpful nature makes her a great team player, always ready to lend a hand. We're lucky to have Maria on the team!

Alec is the Regional Supervisor Construction Division at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. Alec is no stranger to SERVPRO and has worked for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in our Florida, Texas, and Tennessee locations. He is also a recipient of one of our Employee of the Year awards for 2022. Alec is ready to help at a moment’s notice.
