Today I had the privilege of meeting Cole and Chris from Servpro. I recently had a fire in my kitchen,which of course affected my whole house. These gentlemen came to do the process of cleanup. I was very overwhelmed by what needed to happen. They arrived on time, walked me through what they would be doing with much kindness. ServPro came out very quickly. They set up several fans to dry wet walls & cabinets. They put down heavy duty paper to protect areas where the cabinets were to be placed. They came out every day to check on conditions. Throughout this process they were totally professional in their work habits and demeanor, but never lost sight of being courteous to the customer. Highly recommend them.

Chris Session is hands down the best! So responsive and available for my questions. Even on his day off he took my call and was always kind and professional. I would work with Serv Pro again just because of how easy it was to work with him.

Thus far, we have been thoroughly satisfied and appreciative of the professionalism, performance and personal interaction of the ServPro Team. The plastic water supply line for my ice maker failed resulting in 2” of water throughout the entire first floor. Kris and his onsite team as well as Project Manager Tom did an excellent job onsite of drying out the home and regularly communicated progress and status.

My outside faucet broke inside the wall, flooding my living room & much of my house. I also had to have emergency shut off the water, as my shut valve had been broken & I didn't get around to repairing it. I called a plumber & by recomendation, I called ServPro. They rolled up & Kris reassured me they can dry everything, started drying my big rugs right away. He was very knowledgable & understanding. They set up the equipment & informed me of the moisture reading, each day. After the second day. It was in the safe zones. I know they arrived so quickly & with my state of mind, were able to do what was necessary, to save my home. Thank you Linda F.
