Tom is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. Since joining the team, he has been dedicated to expanding his knowledge of the restoration industry to provide customers with the best possible service and to help ease stress during emergencies.

Tom holds both the IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certifications, which qualify him to manage water damage restoration projects and handle mold remediation safely and effectively

Brittany is a Restoration & Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. She plays an important role in coordinating restoration projects from start to finish, helping ensure every job is handled efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Brittany holds several IICRC certifications, including Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Trauma & Crime Scene Technician (TCST), and Water Restoration Technician (WRT). These certifications reflect her training and expertise in handling a wide range of restoration situations with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Brittany is dedicated to helping customers navigate difficult situations and getting their homes and businesses back to normal as quickly as possible.

Tammy Dilda is a job file coordinator here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County

Tammy is originally from West Virginia and moved to Florida in 1968.

She loves chicken, sweet tea and enjoys watching her grandchildren participate in sports in her free time. Her favorite place is a nice cabin in the woods. She was previously a restaurant manager and brings an amazing energy into the office with her positivity and her smile.

Lauren is the Public Relations Manager at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but has been residing in St. Augustine for the past ten years.

Lauren joined our team three years ago and has a background in Communication and social media management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication and a minor in Advertising from Flagler College. Lauren is actively pursuing continuous education courses to broaden her knowledge of the restoration industry.

Chris is a lead technician here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County.

Since joining our team, Chris has been actively working to expand his knowledge of the industry so he can provide our customers with the best service possible and alleviate stress, especially in times of emergency.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and watching his kids participate in sports.

Cole is a lead technician at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. Since joining the team in early 2025, he’s been passionate about learning everything he can about restoration and helping customers get back to normal after water damage. Cole has earned his IICRC Water Damage Certification and takes pride in delivering thorough, professional work while keeping a positive attitude on every job.

Mark is a Lead Technician at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. Since joining the team, he’s been dedicated to learning everything he can about restoration so he can provide customers with top-notch service and peace of mind during stressful situations.

Mark holds his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification, which equips him to handle water damage projects efficiently and safely. He takes pride in his work and strives to make the restoration process as smooth and stress-free as possible for every customer.

Levi is a Lead Technician at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. He holds his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification and brings prior restoration experience to every job.

Outside of work, Levi loves cars and enjoys working on them. He’s dedicated to making the restoration process smooth, efficient, and stress-free for every customer.

Rodney is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County.

With prior restoration experience, he is currently working toward his IICRC Certification to further develop his skills. Rodney is dedicated to providing professional, reliable service and helping customers feel at ease throughout the restoration process.

De'Angelo is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. Coming from the HVAC industry, he brings valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of building systems to the restoration field. De'Angelo is dedicated to learning and growing in the industry while providing reliable, professional service to help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal.

Olive is our beloved office dog and employee support specialist here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County.

Olive's main duties include spreading joy by playing with her toys, warmly greeting guests who visit the office, and making her rounds through the workspace to ensure that everyone on staff gets to give her a daily dose of pets and attention. With her wagging tail and infectious enthusiasm, Olive brightens our days and always puts a smile on everyone's face!
