Her journey in the professional world began with Comcast Cable in Fort Lauderdale, where she honed her skills and laid the foundation for her career. April's career path led her to the bustling streets of New York City, where she harnessed her Sales and Marketing talents at National Cable Communications (NCC). There, she specialized in crafting customized advertising campaigns for major cable television providers, leaving a mark in the industry.

In 2005, April returned to her Florida roots, accepting a pivotal role with Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum, including election-related sales and coordination with national and regional advertising agencies across the nation. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and strategic partnerships.

Today, April, alongside our dedicated SERVPRO team, stands ready to serve our South Florida community 24/7, 365 days a year. Meet Frank, our Vice President of Operations at SERVPRO^®;. With two decades of experience in the restoration industry, Frank's expertise spans water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction services.

Frank's journey within SERVPRO exemplifies his dedication to growth. He's climbed the ranks, starting as a Crew Chief, and now serving as Vice President of Operations. Under his leadership, our SERVPRO team has expanded to nine locations across Florida, becoming the largest SERVPRO branch in South Florida.

Frank's commitment to honesty, loyalty, and exceptional customer service has been instrumental in the company's success. He has cultivated relationships with clients, mentored managers, and implemented innovative policies.

Dan Coen serves as the Director of Construction Operations for SERVPRO of Punta Gorda, providing expert reconstruction services to the communities of Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and the wider Charlotte County area. He oversees all aspects of the rebuilding process, ensuring that damaged properties are restored efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, making them safe and habitable once more. At SERVPRO of Punta Gorda, Stephanie George serves as the esteemed Director of Construction Administration, guiding clients through the critical reconstruction phase after property damage. With a strong background in leadership and organization, Carolina helps create the structure that allows our team to work efficiently and effectively. She’s deeply involved in streamlining workflows, solving problems, and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Serving as National Commercial Account Manager, Jake Wilson brings his extensive experience to SERVPRO of Punta Gorda, focusing on the critical needs of commercial properties. He is committed to building lasting partnerships with local businesses, offering strategic advice and immediate assistance for a range of restoration challenges. Jake expertly navigates situations involving water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation, ensuring that commercial restoration efforts are efficient and effective. With a background in both residential and commercial construction, John knows how to handle challenges on the job site and keep things running efficiently. He’s detail-oriented, dependable, and always focused on delivering results that meet SERVPRO’s standards and the customer’s expectations.

Steve brings years of hands-on experience to his role as Construction Project Manager. He’s responsible for overseeing rebuilds from start to finish by managing timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure each job meets SERVPRO standards.

Steve’s the kind of person who thrives under pressure and knows how to keep things moving, even when surprises pop up. Whether it’s a residential repair or a full commercial reconstruction, he makes sure the work gets done right and the client stays informed every step of the way.

Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Steve plays a big role in helping our customers move forward after damage. If there's a rebuild happening, chances are Steve's the one making sure it all comes together.

Erika connects our team with the people and organizations we serve. As Business Development Specialist, she focuses on building relationships, creating partnerships, and finding ways our team can support the community before, during, and after disaster strikes.

With 25 years of experience in insurance claims handling, Erika brings a deep understanding of the restoration process from the customer’s perspective. She uses that knowledge to help bridge the gap between clients, insurance carriers, and our team, ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to her insurance expertise, Erika supports marketing coordination efforts, working closely with our operations team to keep our services top of mind in the community. Her people-first mindset and passion for service make her a trusted resource for both customers and partners.

As Regional Account Manager, Business Development, Amy Johnson leads SERVPRO’s efforts to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service across multiple markets.
