About Us
About SERVPRO of Port St. Lucie NE
SERVPRO of Port St. Lucie NE is a locally owned restoration and cleaning franchise providing 24/7 emergency mitigation and reconstruction services across Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie West, White City, and River Park. We step in for the worst moments in a property owner's life, a burst pipe, a house fire, a mold outbreak, a hurricane's aftermath, and restore normalcy quickly, professionally, and with as little added stress as possible.
Locally Owned by Michael Panster and Joshua J. Marazzito
Our franchise is owned and operated locally by Michael Panster and Joshua J. Marazzito, giving this team the accountability of real, community-based ownership while drawing on the broader SERVPRO system's more than 59 years of industry experience and a network of 2,400-plus locations nationwide. It's a big brand backbone with local hands on deck.
Serving Active-Adult Communities and Longtime Neighborhoods Alike
Our service area includes a significant retiree and active-adult population in communities like The Waters, alongside longtime residents throughout Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. Our technicians take a patient, unhurried approach with clear explanations at every step, recognizing that a calm, respectful pace matters just as much as technical skill during a stressful situation.
IICRC Certified, Full-Spectrum Restoration
Every technician on our team is IICRC certified, and we handle water, fire, mold, storm, and biohazard damage under one roof, followed by reconstruction when a property needs to be rebuilt. That breadth means one trusted call covers whatever kind of damage you're facing, rather than coordinating multiple vendors yourself.
Insurance Support From Start to Finish
We help document damage and navigate the insurance claims process directly with your provider, removing one of the biggest sources of stress after a loss.
Why St. Lucie County Trusts Our Team
We hold a 4.9 star rating across more than 244 local reviews, with technicians like Armani, JD, and Barbara regularly named by customers for their professionalism and care. We're proud to support Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Salvation Army, the MS Society, and the Florida AIDS Walk, because giving back to our neighbors is part of who we are.
