I am the Community Manager of The Waters, 55+ MH Community in Melbourne Beach, FL. We have two apartment units above our clubhouse. One of them that was vacant and unoccupied had an A/C problem causing condensation throughout the unit and a lot of mold damage. We called SERVPRO. They sent someone out the next day to do an estimate and then sent back their employee, Steve, who managed and did the mold remediation on the unit. Steve was professional, kind, and did an outstanding job on getting the unit mold free and safe. Great communication as well! I highly recommend SERVPRO and Steve! Thank you!

Sewage is biohazard, right? So why try to get out the shop vaccum when it can be dangerous. Better calling people trained, which is why SERVPRO is what we went with. Couldn’t be happier. Yuck! Thanks guys.
