Great job by all involved. Juan F did a great job of coordinating the initial part of the large plate glass window replacement with the subcontractor they had hired. Unfortunately, the glass company did a very sloppy job that definitely did not look “finished” when they walked away from the job. Project manager Derek B jumped in and made numerous attempts to allow the subcontracted glass company to make things right, but the owner of that company basically ignored the requests and refused to inspect the horrible work done by his employees. Joselito is the real savior of this project however and is a tremendous asset for Servpro of Osceola. He has a tremendous skill to be able to correct the errors of others. He sized up the mess left by the glass company, developed a great plan and made the finished look of the window better than I could have ever imagined. It now has a very “finished” appearance instead of the sloppy rough edges left by the glass subcontractor.
