We live in Chicago and have a place in Tarpon Springs, FL. We received a call telling us that our upstairs neighbor had a hot water heater leak and our entire 1,100 square foot condo took on a lot of water. He explained everything to us and made sure we felt comfortable about the process. From Friday until today, Wednesday, our entire condo is completely dry and our large area rugs are back from being sanitized and cleaned by SERVPRO. He delivered everything back to us today, helped roll out the area rugs and our entire condo is back to being water free, mold free and smelling great.
