So we had a water heater blow a seal and flood our condo while we were out of town. When it was discovered I called the Bay County ServPro professionals. They responded with urgency and great concern. Once they obtained the information they needed they jumped on the situation. They sent their water removal team immediately and removed all of the water from the floor. Dispersed the air scrubbers and dehumidifiers which began to get the moisture out of the walls. This morning they’re amazing team of packing professional professionals show showed up ready to take on the packing up of all our stuff. The ladies worked with me efficiently and swiftly to determine what could be cleaned and what could not be cleaned and packed a very large moving truck to go to their warehouse. I can’t say how much I appreciate their professionalism and sincere consideration for getting this massive undertaking. The ladies and gentlemen worked super hard for a solid 9 hours straight rapping and packing up all our stuff. I couldn’t have done this without their guidance and professional attitude. From the ladies in the office to the hard workers at the job site I thank you. We still have demo to go but I am quite sure that they will meet my expectations. Our mitigation team was Trevor and Josh and they were FANTASTIC. They were so kind, so professional, and they answered every question we had and made sure all our concerns were addressed. They did a great job and were very happy with their work.
I have NEVER had any house work done with professionals of this caliber. Every step and every facet of getting our water damage and repairs completed was done with excellent care and easy communication. After a water leak from our second story shower, Brent came out same-day to take a look. Next day Trevor and Josh came to mitigate with fan and blowers. And the whole time, Zeke was checking in with estimates and repairs. Every single technician was respectful, professional, courteous, and treated my home like it was theirs. The patch work was cleanly cut with no unnecessary damage. Cant recommend these guys enough. Special shoutout to Trevor for the work of installing the fans and dehumidifiers. After the house work was done, he was very thorough with explaining exactly the next steps were.
