So we had a water heater blow a seal and flood our condo while we were out of town. When it was discovered I called the Bay County ServPro professionals. They responded with urgency and great concern. Once they obtained the information they needed they jumped on the situation. They sent their water removal team immediately and removed all of the water from the floor. Dispersed the air scrubbers and dehumidifiers which began to get the moisture out of the walls. This morning they’re amazing team of packing professional professionals show showed up ready to take on the packing up of all our stuff. The ladies worked with me efficiently and swiftly to determine what could be cleaned and what could not be cleaned and packed a very large moving truck to go to their warehouse. I can’t say how much I appreciate their professionalism and sincere consideration for getting this massive undertaking. The ladies and gentlemen worked super hard for a solid 9 hours straight rapping and packing up all our stuff. I couldn’t have done this without their guidance and professional attitude. From the ladies in the office to the hard workers at the job site I thank you. We still have demo to go but I am quite sure that they will meet my expectations.
