About Us
While we have been proudly serving Naples and Marco Island for years, our success in the restoration industry is a direct reflection of our commitment to our customers and their satisfaction with every job that we do. We have inspired loyalty within our ranks, and many of our upper management and technicians have been with our company since we first opened our doors. Our owner Michael Panster ensures that no technician or member of our team goes into the field without extensive training and education in their specific niche of the industry, often extending beyond the qualifications and requirements to obtain their IICRC-Certifications, which is the organization responsible for quality standards and training through the restoration and recovery industry.
Though we have so many great attractions throughout our area that can draw people in like the Naples Zoo, The Baker Museum, and the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, we know that the greatest attraction to our area is our sprawling beachfront and sunny climates. With such a densely populated area with homes, condos, apartments, businesses, and municipal properties, we stay ready 24/7 for all potential emergencies and disasters that could affect your home or business.
As a locally owned and operated team, the same communities we serve every day are the ones that we live in too. We give back every way that we can to help better these communities, its people, and to help those in need far beyond disaster relief. Not only do we work with many of the associations and Chambers of Commerce throughout the area to maintain an understanding of the needs of local business and properties, but we also help with direct involvement in local fundraising and awareness drives for the MS Society and Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation. We also support organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters as board members and other projects where our time and resources can benefit Naples and its surrounding areas.

We had never needed water and mold restoration until we had our bathroom ceiling dripping water from our A/C units drip pan overflowing. When we checked our linen closet we found black mold. Called SERVPRO and George came and gave us an estimate on what they would have to do. We can not say enough about his crew of Jesus, Carlos, Robert and Shawn. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.
The crew at Servpro are incredible. Steve made getting the estimate super easy and John and Shawn were incredible workers. They did a great job at removal, disinfecting, and explaining everything they were going to do and what they found. They were also very efficient.
Stephen, Sean and Justin were amazing for us this weekend! We had a bullet go through our lanai hurricane proof doors and glass was all over our lanai floor. They answered our call about clean up and boarding up the door on a holiday weekend and came through for us! Thank you for having such professional and caring people that not only took time to make sure we were happy but the amount of care and effort they put in to make sure all the glass was cleaned up and the wood was mounted perfectly. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My home was not liveable due to mold caused by a faulty A/C system Serve Pro cleaned and restored my furniture, walls, cabinets and floors. They irradiated the mold where ever possible and removed items that couldn't be saved. My home is now clean, safe and fresh.
