About Us
In 1993, Jeremy George responded to his first water damage call, and of course it was in the middle of the night. He was 13, and that summer job unexpectedly launched a career making property damage “Like it never even happened.”
In the decades since, Jeremy has responded to thousands of disasters, of every size and type, across Pasco County and Tampa Bay and even internationally, while building a mission-driven team that focuses on providing outstanding service with fairness and mutual respect. He is the owner-operator of six restoration franchises which include West Pasco, West Tampa, Tarpon, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Hernando County & South Tampa.
SERVPRO of Hernando County provides cleanup of water, fire and mold damage, as well as biohazard materials and other specialty cleaning needs. Tied into a nation-wide network of more than 1,700 operations, the team is backed by the deep knowledge and experience of a franchise system founded in 1967 and a local company operated by the same family for more than a quarter century. Our core business is providing restoration and cleanup services in Hernando County and we are designated within the SERVPRO system as a Large Loss Response Team and mobilized as needed to disaster sites across the United States.
Our team is exposed to regular, specialized training and many of our long-standing team hold industry licenses and certifications. We also proudly provide outstanding client service, working diligently to understand the stress and worry clients face with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes to a life, home or business. At the beginning of the month, we had to contact ServPro due to a water loss. My husband and I were under a lot of stress, and Iris, who answered the call, helped us so much. What could have been a disastrous event turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience—if you can call having an upstairs pipe burst and flood into my kitchen pleasant! Mike and Nico made a fantastic team. Mike truly imbues trust from the moment you meet him, and the rest of the team reflected that same reliability and care. They followed up promptly and thoroughly every step of the way. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine concern made what could have been a nightmare situation feel completely manageable.
We could not be more pleased with Ramsey and the ServPro "Team George". We needed to completely tear our and rebuild a room with Mold and the team kept all promises, always answered questions promptly, and allowed us to use 3 dehumidifier days after completing the rebuild while we awaited our AC reinstall, saving our hardwood floors.
