Lifted the old flooring, and set fans to dry the area. Moved the furniture etc...and upon finishing asked us if there was anything else he could do for us! He is a great asset to SERVPRO!

Hannah was really nice and patient while explaining the different kinds of cleaning they provide and even walked me through a little of what to do about my toilet leak. Very professional and helpful!
I came home to a find a heavy leak under my sink, one that was getting water all over my kitchen, and I was in a panic. I called SERVPRO immediately on a recommendation from a friend and Hannah answered. Not only was she very helpful, but she helped calm me down as she explained the process. Now, everything's back to the way it's supposed to be and I'm very happy with the results.
