I contracted with SERVPRO, after learning from my HVAC service inspection, that my unit had a mold issue. Upon further inspection, the testing revealed it was surface mold. They began the remediation process to remove & clean the unit, the ran additional tests to determine it was clear. The staff were very professional and am fully satisfied.

We are very satisfied with the professionalism and attention to details, no matter how small, in doing mold removal cleaning, purification and rebuilding of two areas in our home – a bathroom and our kitchen. There had been a small leak in a copper pipe that sprayed out only when the shower was in use for many months. We found and fixed the leak. After checking with Better Business Bureau, SERVPRO has an A+ rating and NO COMPLAINTS, so we called them to complete the rest of our problems. First they taped paper on our tiles to keep from scratching them, then tore out the cabinets on both sides of the wall, all tiles in the shower and floor and carted it all away. They built a HAZ-MAT tent to contain the contaminated air as they used “scrubbers”to clean it. After three days, they started the repairs. New drywall, including the concrete wall board and all new tiles for the shower was installed, plus new cabinets with drawers and doors. They removed old ugly wallpaper and sanded and repainted those areas, as well. We recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs their services, and you only have to deal with one company, one check!! Each person working on this project was very proficient and prideful in their job and really lived up to the company’s motto just "Like it never even happened!!”
