We had a roof leak this past week: Carpet, ceiling, and walls were saturated. SERVPRO was out quickly, fixed the issue in 2 days. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. We live in Chicago and have a place in Tarpon Springs, FL. We received a call telling us that our upstairs neighbor had a hot water heater leak and our entire 1,100 square foot condo took on a lot of water. We spoke to our building manager and she immediately contacted SERVPRO of Oldsmar/Westchase. Within minutes, James Farrell contacted us and told us he was on his way. This was all happening remotely so we had to rely on our neighbors in Florida to make sure he was able to get in. He called us within an hour telling us that his team was taking care of it and removing the water, putting our furniture on wood blocks and mitigating the water damage. We booked a flight immediately to arrive that same evening. When we walked into our place at 11pm, we saw all the hard work his team put in and they had the water up, dehumidifiers working and fans blowing. Every day James or one of his crew members would come by, take down our stats like humidity, % of water left in the walls, etc. They would remove equipment daily until every spot was dry. He explained everything to us and made sure we felt comfortable about the process. From Friday until today, Wednesday, our entire condo is completely dry and our large area rugs are back from being sanitized and cleaned by SERVPRO. He delivered everything back to us today, helped roll out the area rugs and our entire condo is back to being water free, mold free and smelling great. We cannot thank James and his team enough for the great job they did. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of Oldsmar/Westchase to anyone looking for help to mitigate their water damage. They were timely, very informative and very professional. It's always great to find a company like this and we will use them again, if the need ever arises.
