What our
customers are saying
SERVPRO came in to repair damages to our home caused by a runaway Chevrolet Silverado extended cab truck when it crashed into the corner of the house. SERVPRO rep was extremely professional and informative - the repairs both inside and outside the house were done well and in a timely fashion. Thanks!
We are so grateful to Team Luciani from SERVPRO! After our basement flooded with hot water, a crew member came out quickly, answered all our questions and set our minds at ease. Then two more men came in and CRUSHED it. They cleaned and disinfected our basement, including contents. We cannot say enough good things!
After detecting a musty odor in our bathroom, we required assistance with mold remediation. Without causing more damage than was necessary, they located the problem behind the wall and fixed it. The way they kept everything organized and ensured we understood what was being done at every stage was noteworthy.
We were surprised by the amount of smoke damage caused by a small kitchen fire. The extent of the cleanup was unknown to us. Fortunately, everything was taken care of by the fire restoration team. They were quick and meticulous in everything they did, from odor removal to surface cleaning. It seems as though nothing occurred.
We had 3 crew members as the team who helped us during our flood. I give them 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option. They did an absolutely amazing job. Quick, detailed, and thorough. Everything was explained step by step, and they made quick work of what I considered a disaster. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the need ever arose. As a matter of fact, I’d request that it be them. We appreciate and thank you all!
We had a leak from our 43 year old HVAC system that took me awhile to notice. While there wasn’t inches of water, it was enough to soak a portion of the carpeting in my basement. I called SERVPRO and within a few hours, they had a remediation team at my door. They vacuumed up the moisture, cut back carpeting, removed padding, and placed humidifiers and fans to dry up the rest. They returned again, and they cut out some Sheet Rock and took out the remaining carpet, padding, and tackless. They disinfected the area and swept and vacuumed the area. They also placed a plastic barrier in my upstairs living area before pulling up the carpet on the stairs to help keep the dust down. Excellent job and now I am looking forward to working with the Construction crew. Expecting the same excellent service.
We are happy to give a strong letter of recommendation for SERVPRO Team Luciani. We utilized SERVPRO for both water damage clean up/remediation and rebuild/repair construction.
The entire process took about 7 months. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, it was a pleasure working with Gary, Sebastian and the entire construction team. Both Gary and Sebastian were easy to work with, responsive to our needs, and always readily available to answer questions.
Overall, we are happy with the results and even happier to be back in our house!
I was concerned about water damage after a pipe burst in my home. However, the restoration team moved swiftly to dry out the area and stop additional harm. It was a great relief that they responded so quickly.
Their attention to detail on mold remediation amazed me. They made sure my family's safety was their first concern and took the time to explain everything. Wonderful experience!
