I can only try to find word to THANK all of you for your professionalism as you tackled the unexpected plumbing problems at my Ouray home. More special was your concern for my emotions as the scope of these problems evolved. You all assured me when done: “It will be as if it never happened!” All I had to do was to get the front door fully open so you get equipment in and out and debris bags out.
“You filled my day with sunshine” with your surprises for my 83rd birthday Saturday: The Friday night pizza, flowers/cookies and birthday note from “my SERVPRO family.” I’ve had many special birthdays, but #83 will always carry a special memory for me. Thanks to ALL OF YOU!
