I oversee HR and employee houses for two companies in Telluride, and an employee incident at one of our rental units left me scrambling to find someone who could take on the job of removing a bunch of junk and cleaning up after the damage (which included broken glass in multiple parts of the house). After my first company cancelled last-minute due to the scope of the job, I did a quick Google search and found Servpro. Recognizing them from their trucks being parked outside of the Telluride schools after the mudslides this summer, I immediately gave them a call and lucked out with them having availability for the following day, which kept the project on track with the original cleanup timeline. Anthony was my primary contact, and Dalen, Trevor, and Dan were part of the crew helping at the house. While it ended up being a 2 day job, Anthony and the team were efficient and communicative. The team not only removed all the junk, they cleaned up the house and carpet cleaned all the rooms. It was a complete 180 from the condition of the house immediately following the incident, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks team!

Sean and Trevor were awesome, they helped us out with all of the crazy rain we've had in these past weeks. They were professional, personable, communicated every step of the mitigation process, and worked with all of the staff in our building very well. I am grateful for their help!

Checked in our situation daily...For us having to go through this emotional roller-coaster, I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of us. Brett who oversees everything was totally on top of our situation as well!! I will definitely use this company again in the future and will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing this service. We had a pipe burst and water went under our wood floors and into the crawl space. They immediately brought their equipment in, hooked up their dryers, and got everything dried out and ready for any reconstruction that may be needed! AAA+!!! GREAT JOB!!! 👍

This group was sent by our insurance company American Family. They came over to start mitigation immediately. Their communication was good. We appreciated Anthony the project manager keeping us informed of the process. Sean was able to wrap up the mitigation today.
