I tend to be a coupon clipper and go with the best deal on carpet cleaning..But I needed someone fast so I opened the yellow pages this time. Wow, I had no idea that "the get what you pay for" slogan applied to carpet cleaning. While these guys were a tiny bit more, not much...they were so much better. My carpets came much cleaner and I even had them clean my grout on my tile. I would highly suggest you call these guys!!!
SERVPRO OF GRAND JUNCTION DID A GREAT JOB!
I used SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin County during this past winter season as I had two kitchens flood. The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Chafika which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but that there were several other homes affected by the recent snowstorm so there may be a delay.
Luckily they own three other SERVPRO franchises nearby so she was able to dispatch her Vail crew that was actually working on a fire loss in Glenwood Springs. Tony and his team kept me informed all through the process and were able to not only get the water out but dried everything so I would not have any issues. Even my contractor was impressed which is hard to do. He said he will be using them as well. Just like their commercials say they made it "Like it never even happened."
I wish I would have used your team first, but thank you for finishing the job the other company couldn't so quickly.
