Top Notch! Professional, fast, and at the right price. So, when you find out you have two feet of water in the crawl space below your home, the first step is to call around for estimates to clean it up. I called three places and SERVPRO of Parker set the appointment for the next day, even with the numerous floods that were in other peoples homes due to our wet spring here. Some places couldn't even come to give and estimate for three weeks! They were definitely the most professional, friendly and fairest priced of the three places I called. Additionally, they worked their tails off to get the space fully drained. They stayed until 9pm the first night to get the water fully drained and came back a few additional times during the drying process to check progress. Every time they were here, they were on time, they were courteous, professional and truly cared about the mess I had going on. To top it off, they referred a great contractor to help re-design the drainage system that was originally very poorly built for this home and they were top notch too! So, I'm just overly pleased and know who to call first if I ever have a restoration issue again... Definitely my highest recommendation!
On Christmas Day, a root problem caused my plumbing to back-up and flood my basement. I called SERVPRO and spoke with Matt. He took time away from dinner with his family to explain to me what needed to be done. I was somewhat distraught and Matt was such a calming force; something I so needed at that time. Matt's crew was at my house at 6:00 a.m. the following morning. WOW, they were awesome; fast, efficient, professional and all while helping me through the 'process'; explaining everything that was being done. I couldn't have asked for nicer people. With their knowledge and skill, Javier and Troy were amazing and made a tough situation easier. Their customer service is second to none. I can never thank you enough, Matt, Javier and Troy. Even though SERVPRO is an amazing Company, I hope I never need you again. But if I do, I will definitely call on you because I know that you will take care of me. When you have a water damage to your home call these people. They were great! I can 't say enough good things about this company and group of men that came to help me with a water valve leak (kitchen, basement and hardwood floors). They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, hard working and at know time did I feel like they were not giving 100%.This crew worked non-stop for three days. They came in, did the job, were polite and cleaned up the mess the water damage had made. It took three days to get my floors dry and they came everyday to check on the status. They even were available when the insurance agent came to inspect.
