Well, today, Wendy, Priscilla, Vince, Maria and Nestor came to do a Pac out at my house. They did a fantastic job. Due to the way the job is going. They move things out and staged them as I would be selling some of the furniture and putting it in different rooms in the future they did everything as I requested. Everything’s wrapped sealed nothing was damaged. Just a superb job I’m very happy thank you very much Charlie.
The crew from SERVPRO were amazing.. they took photos, asked pertinent questions, found things I didn’t see at first. There packing out of the house was extremely efficient. Pablo, Brenda, Elena and Melvin were awesome!

Wendy, Robert, and Pablo were respectful, friendly, and consistently professional throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, made sure I understood what was happening, and worked efficiently without losing momentum.
They also handled everything with care—moving all furnitures as needed and properly prepping the areas contained to help control dust. Throughout the day, their communication was excellent, including keeping me informed about the next steps as the work progressed. I’m very appreciative of their effort and would gladly recommend them.
The crew did a fantastic job. Wendy and Priscilla came right at the start of the workday and answered all my questions and make it made everything work out fine for me Marco and Cesar showed up after another job and helped finalize boxing and putting everything into the container everything’s locked up put away. I’ve got the essentials out. I need to carry on with my life and I’m very happy. Thank you.

Maria , Melvin and Marcos came today to “pack back” my living room. They very carefully unwrapped all of the furniture before they brought it in and placed it in the room. The TV, VCR, record players and everything electronic was placed exactly where they had been before and all were working properly. I really appreciated the care they took with my possessions. I would have them back again to help in an emergency because they did such an excellent job.
