Nichole is the Marketing Director at SERVPRO Team Lingurar, where she leads by example in connecting with communities and delivering exceptional services. She is responsible for coordinating, developing, and creating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with customers. Nichole also manages all digital and social media efforts, playing a key role in growing the business's reputation.

With over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Branding, Nichole’s career highlights include serving as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a major domestic cigar manufacturer, working in radio advertising and marketing at a local station, and collaborating with premier Google and Facebook partners to help clients achieve success through digital solutions.

Outside of work, Nichole is a proud mother of two young adults and a pet lover with a dog, cat, and rabbit. She has a deep passion for music, playing both the piano and guitar, and she enjoys movies, concerts, and festivals whenever possible.

Aaron Perret has been an integral part of our team for over 1.5 years, bringing precision and expertise to every project he estimates. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results, Aaron ensures each project is planned to perfection.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hitting the golf course, and indulging in his love for cars. His favorite color, red, reflects his energetic and driven personality.

Brenda Carrillo has been an integral part of our team for over seven years, showcasing her expertise and leadership as our Contents Supervisor. Her bilingual skills and dedication to excellence ensure smooth operations and exceptional results.

Outside of work, Brenda is a proud soccer mom who loves cheering on her kids from the sidelines. She and her husband, Robert, enjoy raising their four children together, embracing the joys and challenges of a busy family life.

Elena Araujo has been an essential part of our team for the past two years, bringing her expertise and leadership to the role of Contents Supervisor. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure every project is handled with precision and care.

Outside of work, Elena stays active by doing Zumba and enjoys spending time with her two children, a son and a daughter, who keep her inspired every day.

Esteban Zapata is a dedicated Recon Estimator who brings accuracy and professionalism to every project. His commitment to excellence ensures each job is completed to the highest standard.

Excitingly, Esteban and his family are eagerly preparing to welcome a new addition to their lives—a child on the way! In his free time, he enjoys following baseball and cheering for his favorite team, the Angels.

With over 20 years of experience, Fernando Baca is a seasoned Field Supervisor who brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to every project. His commitment to excellence ensures that each job is completed to the highest standards.

Pablo Gonzalez has been a valuable member of our team for the past year, bringing precision and dedication to his role as an Estimator. His attention to detail and commitment to quality make him a key contributor to our success.

Jonny Lingurar is a passionate and organized Project Manager who ensures every project is executed efficiently and effectively. His problem-solving skills and dedication make him an essential part of our team.

When he’s not managing projects, Jonny loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s riding bikes, hiking, or enjoying nature with his wife. He also has a keen interest in hats and shoes, adding a stylish touch to his adventurous personality.

Matt Costa has been an essential part of our team for two years, leading with expertise and dedication as our Recon Manager. His commitment to excellence ensures projects are completed with precision and efficiency.

Outside of work, Matt leads an active lifestyle, enjoying snowboarding, wakeboarding, practicing jiu-jitsu, and playing soccer. He cherishes time with his wife, Nichole, and their three kids, along with their family dog and pet lizard.

Gladis Gonzales is our dedicated Recon Coordinator, bringing enthusiasm and organization to her role. She is passionate about ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

As the youngest of seven siblings, Gladis has a strong family spirit. She loves spending time with her 11-year-old daughter and their three dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing softball, solving word searches, and baking delicious treats. Her favorite movies are Deuces Wild and Pearl Harbor, reflecting her taste for both drama and adventure.

Robert Cisneros is a skilled and hardworking Field Technician who brings versatility and dedication to the team. Bilingual and certified as a forklift operator, Robert is always ready to tackle challenges on the job.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing soccer with his kids and engaging in fantasy football. A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, he never misses a game. Robert cherishes time with his wife, Brenda, and their four children, embracing the joys of family life.

With seven years of dedicated service, Zachery Matteson is a cornerstone of our team as Operations Manager. WRT and ASD certified, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every project, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier results.

Victoria Robledo brings a unique blend of skills and dedication to her role as Contents Coordinator. With certifications in phlebotomy and hairdressing, she’s a versatile and hardworking professional who excels at managing details with precision.
