Especially Emmanuel Vera is the head of this project and for his crew thank you. Also I thank you Reanita form the reconstruction department. He told me the project will take about 6 months and they kept there promises.
In late January 2024, we experienced a major water line rupture that impacted both the second-floor bathroom and surrounding areas, and everything below it on the first floor. For the construction crew to address the house-wide damage, it required the organization and packing all the furniture, clothing, and just about everything else be inspected, documented, physically labeled, numbered, paper/bubble wrapped, entered into a database and eventually moved into the garage and storage POD. Gleisly and her team accomplished a herculean task which streamlined the process of selecting and packing, unpacking, and determining how to handle the items as we repopulate our home. When we first discussed this with Gleisly and she said she would handle everything, she and her team members did just that! She kept us up to date and all household items, including the furniture, were handled with care and they took the responsibility for ensuring the safety of our property.
My first time experiencing a house flood and Emmanuel and his crew were amazing. The clean up was right away, that same night and the process afterwards was easy. I’m so happy with their patience and efforts to make my family feel comfortable. I appreciated the way Emmanuel listened to our concerns and what we hoped for in our home. The crew were very friendly and thoughtful of doing their job efficiently and well. I highly recommend SERVPRO Whittier if you every experience a disaster.
I have had nothing but the utmost best service with SERVPRO. I am so thankful for their advocacy with helping me restore my house after having a flood due to my water heating tank. Alexis has been my hero throughout this process and is my go to guy. I would like to add my 5 stars review for Emmanuel Viera with the recon department. If I can I would give him 10 stars!!! He was very attentive towards my needs and wants. At times he would call on the weekend to help discuss matters about my house and help with finding solutions for all my questions. He gave me options to choose from and advise me with those options. I am very grateful to have had Emmanuel assist me and appreciate his dedication with excellent customer service.
Emmanuel Viera treated my house as if it was his own. The craftsmanship and professionalism was beyond expectations. Would recommend them to all my family and friends. Jose Arreguin from SERVPRO was incredible! He was so attentive and informative! Really made the process go by so smoothly and made me feel at ease about everything going on. He updated me every step of the way without even having to follow up with him. He deserves a raise and more! Great experience working with him and the team!
We had water damage to 2 rooms due to hot water line slab leak. SERVPRO of Whittier was recommended by our insurance agent. They sent Jose Arreguin and his team to assess the damage and prepare estimates for packing out the rooms, removing the carpet and then the damaged drywall and bathroom flooring. We accepted their estimate and the rooms were packed out. However before they could continue with the drywall and flooring removal asbestos/lead testing was needed due to the house’s age. These tests came back positive and so Jose coordinated the removals with a hazard materials company. That company did an excellent job with the removals and we are now ready to proceed with installation of new drywall, flooring etc. Jose remained involved throughout the process and I would certainly recommend him (and SERVPRO of Whittier) to anyone in a similar situation.
