We had a water leak in our home that started off as a nightmare with another company. We were lucky enough to get ServPro of Whittier to complete the job and it was a totally different experience, a much better experience, starting with Jose's mitigation team, Emmanuel's construction team and finishing with Ranita in the front office who was also very helpful. Each construction team was professional, always on time, we could always reach them and they would follow up immediately with a text or phone call. We always knew what they would be doing next. Emmanuel was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the direction I needed when looking for a new vanity and tile top. I could not be happier with the final project. They gave us the peace of mind that is needed when dealing with a water leak and home reconstruction. I look forward to recommending them to anyone who is need of their services. We had an excellent experience with Servpro from start to finish. After dealing with significant water damage, their team stepped in quickly and handled everything from mitigation to the full reconstruction of our kitchen and laundry area. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and every crew member we interacted with showed genuine care for the quality of their work and our home. The final result exceeded our expectations—the kitchen and laundry area look amazing, even better than before the damage. Overall; good experience, Emanual and all the servpro workers are good mannered, helpful and hard working and consistent .The project was done within 2 months for bathroom fire & smoke and water damage and for adjacent rooms repair. They did a beautiful jobs with the shower, floor tiles vanity ,plumbing ect. Also I'm happy with installation of the cabinets and LVP flooring. There were a few kinks here and there; Wish there was more time and communication when certain things would be done so I did not have to bother them. But whenever I voiced concerns, Emmanual was able to deal the problems efficiently with a smile. Thanks again to the team Jorge, Wilmar, Marvin, Louise, Adrian, and others( forgot some names.)

From start to finish, the entire team was super responsive and patient. Shout out to Ranita, Emmanuel, and especially Tito for the fantastic customer service and professional (but personable) demeanor throughout all the back and forth. They earned a repeat customer from my family.

In July 2023 our house in north Pasadena burned so badly, one half of the interior was destroyed, and the roof and attic badly damaged. From a list given to me by my insurance agent, that same day I called ServPro. I received an immediate answer, and within an hour of my call, a team arrived to assist. I can't remember anymore of the details of that day as I write this review two years later, but the house has been completely rebuilt; the one bedroom extension, where the fire began, has been extended at my request to make a larger rental unit. Ranita Hernandez has served as our contact over these two years, and has done an exceptional job connecting with our insurance adjuster, getting city permits for the reconstruction, getting our input on key purchases for the property and keeping us informed during the long process. Emmanuel Viera has supervised the construction and made every effort to achieve the best quality work and finish for us. Our only disappointment was in the engineer hired to draw the plans for the reconstruction — his work was slow, several versions were required to satisfy the city of Pasadena, and it took a year until the actual reconstruction began. Ranita obtained all of the city approvals necessary for us to occupy the house again, and Emmanuel has led the rebuilding process to a very happy ending. He also quickly corrected all of the minor issues that arise in such a major project. When I made the call in 2023 to ServPro, I had no idea about what lay ahead, and no information on ServPro. We had a water pipe leak in a pipe above one of our bedrooms. After clearing the mess and having the pipe fixed, we had to ensure the water damage was dealt with. We called ServPro and they came out immediately to inspect and begin a water damage mitigation plan. Over a few days, they ensured the walls, floors and attic space had dried up completely. Through ServPro, we agreed to have the ceiling repaired. The work done was not only immaculate, I can say they left it better than before. They replaced the damaged crown molding and baseboards and the drywall repair and paint a perfect match. There was Super effective communication between ServPro and everyone who played a role in our mitigation ad repair. Throughout the whole process, they were very clean covering the floor from entry to work area, and left the work area clean every day before the next days work started. We are super happy with the way our stressful situation was handled. Super professional. Hopefully we don’t have to go through a similar situation in the future but if the situation ever arises, we will definitely count on Servpro to help us through this. Thank you ServPro

I’m so grateful for my whole team at ServePro. The photos I’ve shared show just a glimpse of this journey—from the fire damage, to the construction process, and finally the after. Alexis was there from the start, helping to ease the stress of having to leave our home so unexpectedly. Once work got underway, I began working with Emmanuel and Ranita, who were both incredibly helpful. Having to say goodbye to so many of our belongings while making decisions to keep things moving forward was not easy. But with Emmanuel and Ranita’s guidance, the process felt much more manageable. I really appreciated the convenience of not needing to source my own contractors—it lifted a huge weight during a difficult time. My only wish is that some parts of the process had been explained a bit more clearly, and that the final cleanup could have been more thorough. Still, this was a major experience to go through, and I’m thankful for the support and professionalism I received from the ServePro team.
