We had a room with walls stained with a bio-hazard material, with a unpleasant order. Not mold, thank goodness, but gross. Servpro Ventura's team cleaned, sanitized and repainted in one day! The team was very professional and courteous. They moved a piece of furniture I couldn't lift. One team member even swept out my garage. I couldn't be happier with the end result. The walls are like new, the odor is gone and I'm a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Servpro Ventura.

ServPro Ventura is awesome! We had a water heater that burst and flooded a few closets and bedrooms. I called John in the evening, and he sent his crew out first thing the next morning. Art and Jesus were great! They worked fast, efficiently, communicated what they were doing every step of the way and respected our house as well as our time. Had they not been out so quickly with their equipment, the situation would have been much worse. I highly recommend ServPro and a big thanks to Art and Jesus! Thank you

A shower arm broke off INSIDE the wall of our bathroom. Woke up to flooding as well as mold from a long slow leak over many years. Drywall was saturated. ServPro of Ventura was out here the same day we called. It took 5 days, but they mitigated the mold, shored up the studs, hung new drywall and repainted everything. Arturo was the guy in charge and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Luis did all the heavy lifting with mold treatment, new studs, drywall, and fresh paint. He was superb. We couldn’t be happier.

John Dermingny owner of Servpro inspected the window’s sills and provided a letter of his assessment that no visible mold growth or evidence of mold contamination was detected.
