Matt, Robert, Nima and Omar have been amazing, helping us out throughout the process of our claim. They have been very supportive and I would recommend them to anyone.
Used SERVPRO as requested by insurance company after we had a fire within the wall behind fireplace. Fire department did their job and left a mess.
Nima, Matt, and Marisol came today and did their cleanup & prep. They were professional, courteous, quick and thorough. Marisol will return tomorrow with her crew to do a HEPA cleaning. Happy with the entire SERVPRO team so far including roofer Manny wrapping the damaged chimney before the rain, and Keith the mitigation manager.
