Every decision came with the reasoning behind it, in plain language, so I always understood what was happening in my own home and why. They were genuinely passionate about getting us through mold air clearance testing — not just passing it, but doing the work right so there was no question about the result. We passed. Had a great experience with Christian and Jaqueline. They were very professional and efficient in analyzing our mold situation using their instruments and taping off the affected areas. When they learned we wanted to redesign our closet and laundry room, they advised us directly and honestly about the most affordable and efficient approach, even though that meant we should work with a different service provider.
