I can’t thank Christian, Jackie and Jack enough for helping our family. We had an unseen fridge leak which led to water damage in our floors and cabinetry and subsequent mold. SERVPRO Belmont Shores was amazing from the start. We had an unfortunate toilet overflow in our condo the day after Christmas, and SERVPRO was there the very next morning to immediately abate the affected areas which extended into our Master Closet and Bedroom.

Normally I would complement the SERVPRO team, but in this case, I have to say the SERVPRO family, as it the (4) members I worked with were all related. All communicated clearly, completely, and often. They provided excellent service, and made sure there were clear expectations; for instance, when they could not proceed further until lead and asbestos testing was completed.

After payment, I needed photos to provide to my insurance. While SERVPRO provided them during the course of their work, I failed to download them until after the link expired. Even though they had been paid in full and the job was done, they quickly responded when I requested, they resend the photos, sending 325 photos to me in 10 minutes. They also continued to provide assistance to provide information to my insurance, per my request, after they had received payment.

I highly recommend SERVPRO, Jack, Christian and Jacklyn for their outstanding service.
