Recently I encountered a water damaged in one of my properties. I had no idea of the whole process that it takes when situations like this happen. Hands down the best Carpet Cleaning I ever had done in my rental property. I have a house with a light tan carpet. It was installed back in 2008 and over time, got dirtier. With a "No Shoes" policy in place, the carpet is doing better then expected for so many years but none the less, the dirt, stains and age started to show it's mark. I called SERVPRO to the rescue and it was the best decision I made in a long while. They came, gave (a very fair) bid and the rest is history. A week or so later they team showed up, very professional (down to the smallest details - Shoe Covers) and very friendly. Few hours later, the carpet looked so much cleaner & fresher. This 12 years old carpet does not look older then 3-4. That is a miracle for a carpet in a rental unit. Saved me thousands on carpet replacement (labor & materials). This carpet cleaning was literally a "face lift" for the aging carpet giving it many more years of usage. Thank you SURVPRO !!! :-)
