Great service, Servpro was prompt at sending someone out to my home for inspection. The inspection went smooth thanks to Miguel, he was very knowledgeable and was able to help determine we did have water damage. Upon his return after demolition to check on the progress, he was able to swap out a fan for a quieter one since we needed more dry time. It made such a huge difference with the noise level in my home. It was much appreciated. Miguel is profesional and courteous. The demolition guys were also very helpful. Despite the issues with the water damage, Servpro staff has been great through every step of the way.
Called Servpro at 6:00 am for sink supply line break that flooded the house. Miguel and team arrived and immediately set up fans, dehumidifier’s and took moisture readings. They then communicated pictures and these reading to my insurance company. I was impressed with their professionalism, communication and promptness. Highly recommend them for water damage mitigation.
