We had a good experience with ServePro...some excellent and thorough folks and some good but not as focused on details like me! They went out of their way on many things but needed a few reminders for fixing some things too (but they did it!). Ralph was so positive and kind! He really took care of us!
Service was good, but I was not happy with the time it took for the project to be completed, considering it was a small project. I'm only giving 4 stars because Danika Sanders who was very helpful and patient throughout the process, took time to explain projects and communicate updates.
