With nearly 50 years of SERVPRO experiences between the two of them, Ralph and Suzie have been responding to customers in need throughout San Diego County. Seriously, don't get Ralph started on any stories unless you have time to kill.
The Del Valle team prides themselves on exceptional customer service. From carpet cleaning to flood restoration, we devote ourselves to exceed each customer's expectations. Our laundry room and guest room had flooded and it was just a mess in there when they first arrived. They swiftly removed all damaged areas and began treating and drying immediately. It was clear that they take pride in their work. Ralph kept me informed througout the drying process and quite frankly, couldn't have been any nicer. He obviously knows how to take care of business while keeping the homeowner comfortable along the way.
