Mr. Ralph Del Valle and his team did an outstanding job repairing the significant water damage done to our kitchen after a leak. They arrived immediately and helped us come up with a plan that we were happy with. Mr. Del Valle was always available and on site to answer our questions along the way. We had a good experience with ServePro...some excellent and thorough folks and some good but not as focused on details like me! They went out of their way on many things but needed a few reminders for fixing some things too (but they did it!). Ralph was so positive and kind! He really took care of us!
Service was good, but I was not happy with the time it took for the project to be completed, considering it was a small project. I'm only giving 4 stars because Danika Sanders who was very helpful and patient throughout the process, took time to explain projects and communicate updates. Danika has excellent, customer service skills, she made the difference for my experience with this company.
