I had the pleasure of working with ServPro after a water pipe burst in my home causing damage behind my walls, lifting and ruining my hardwood floors in my living room and flooding my garage. ServPro workers were at my home, working hard, fixing the problem, moving my belongings into a storage container so they could quickly dry out and repair/replace areas of concern. I'm very pleased with the final results. ServPro Managers were easy to reach by phone any time I had a question and they would provide timely up to date progress reports.

I am a property manager, we had a recent water moisture in the laundry room area. We contacted Serpro, the job was handled very smooth, with the coordination of the office, Austin Rushing, and the inspector Ralph Del Valle. The hassles became minimum. Thank you for the great job. Mr. Ralph Del Valle and his team did an outstanding job repairing the significant water damage done to our kitchen after a leak. They arrived immediately and helped us come up with a plan that we were happy with. Mr. Del Valle was always available and on site to answer our questions along the way. We had a good experience with ServePro...some excellent and thorough folks and some good but not as focused on details like me! They went out of their way on many things but needed a few reminders for fixing some things too (but they did it!). Ralph was so positive and kind! He really took care of us!

Service was good, but I was not happy with the time it took for the project to be completed, considering it was a small project. I'm only giving 4 stars because Danika Sanders who was very helpful and patient throughout the process, took time to explain projects and communicate updates. Danika has excellent, customer service skills, she made the difference for my experience with this company.
