The upstairs neighbor had hired an unlicensed contractor to remodel their kitchen, and he stepped on a fire sprinkler head (pro tip: never hire an unlicensed contractor). Servpro immediately came out to help remedy the situation. They did everything and made the process so easy - packing her belongings out, the demo work, drying her condo, then putting it all back together. Their quote came in lower than other contractors and they were capable of working with insurance quickly so work could begin. The work was finished in half the time they had initially quoted, which was awesome and unexpected. The work is fantastic, it looks better than it did before!
