On July 4th my vacation home was under water, broken water line. I had to drive 125 miles to get there and SERVPRO met me at the house. They were professional and courteous, even if they all came from parties. They pumped out the water and it was a complete loss. 12 weeks later the house looks redecorated and it would not have happened without all of their assistance. From water removal, to referrals for appliances, AC, movers etc. they were responsive and communicated daily throughput the process. If you are going to have an emergency they are the company to call. Friendly, knowledgeable, and experts at what they do!

As soon as I got home to find my downstairs flooded, I called Ronda with SERVPRO of Palm Desert! They came over right away with trucks, vaccuums, fans and etc. They were a life saver! They catalouged, boxed and stored all of our belongings. This was essential during repairs. To make it known even more how awesome they are....it was over the Holidays!! Oh, I couldn't find my passport that was delivered during the chaos and Ronda found a photo of the mailing envelope it came in and retrieved it for me for an upcoming trip!! Oh and my son came home from college and we needed his golf clubs for a special father son day and we were able to find and get them right away from the organized cataloging. I could go on and on!!
