If there were more stars I would add them. My husband recently lost his father and unfortunately the house was left in horrific condition. After speaking to local police they informed us that the house was in severe biohazard condition. Not only did we have to deal with a death but also this news.I called SERVPRO and spoke to the owner. She was incredibly sincere and kind. We had never encountered this in our lives and she walked us through what needed to be done step by step. We scheduled an appointment for one of their agents to come out and do an assessment. Little did we know that we were meeting not only a professional but someone who helped get us through this incredibly hard time.Ethan was our rep and not only gave us an estimate but also helped with outside advice on other items needed. He (and his team) also went above and beyond his services to help us with unknowns. He drove 2 hours from Redding to Weed for weeks, even during the fire season, to make sure our job was done right. The overall team at this SERVPRO location are incredible people. Kind, hardworking, dedicated good people.
