The Servpro team did a great job with the water leak mitigation at my property. Very professional and careful with demolition work. Overall great service by Jason, Miguel, Alberto and another lady (didn’t get her name). I would recommend them to anybody that needs help with water damage mitigation!

I had a great experience working with the SERVPRO Team and Rightstone Construction. Sam and Henry from SERVPRO were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. They kept things moving and were great to work with throughout the experience. The Rightstone Construction team was also excellent. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work, communication, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend both SERVPRO and Rightstone Construction to others, and I would absolutely rehire them if I ever needed their services again. Quick shoutout to the team at ServPro. I had a flood of both upstairs and downstairs and they have been great with both the dry-out and teardown. They sealed off all areas with plastic sheets with zippers to make it easy to still get around the house. I plan on using them for restoration of all the damage. Big thanks to Henry, Steven, Mike, Jason and anyone else that has been working on my house. Great company and service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent service we received from Servpro during the mitigation process caused by a water leak at our home. I am very happy and satisfied with the work completed by the team, especially Mr. Henry and Alberto. They were professional, courteous, and reliable throughout the entire project. Every day, they gave me a heads-up before arriving at our home and took the time to explain what work would be done that day. This meant a lot to me, especially since I am currently pregnant, as it helped me prepare and made the process much less stressful. They also made sure all of our belongings were carefully wrapped and protected. I truly appreciated the care and respect they showed for our home. On top of that, they completed the mitigation process quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of their work. Thank you, Mr. Henry, Alberto, and the entire Servpro team, for making a difficult situation much easier to get through. I highly recommend your services! As we move into the reconstruction phase, I am hoping for the same level of professionalism, communication, quality of workmanship, and efficiency from Right Stone Construction. Based on my experience with the mitigation team, I am optimistic that the reconstruction process will be just as smooth and successful.

Jason and his team were outstanding. They arrived quickly and promptly began mitigating the risk. Based on Jason’s work ethic I would recommend your company to all I know. However, the office staff did not provide me with full disclosure and have not completed the job. I give them a poor score to date. I am waiting to see how they remedy the completion of the job.

I would like to thank Team Henery especially to Jason, Albert, Fernendo and Mike for the excellent job they did at my place..They are the "BEST".
