They are professional and did a great job with packing my belongings, demolishing the kitchen where the flood occurred and drying out the area. They also did a good job communicating.

I had a sewage pipe crack that affected my flooring, so I contacted Servpro of Highland Park. They responded the same day, completed a full inspection, and provided a quote right away. By the next day, they had already started the cleaning process. After the pipe was repaired, their team returned a few days later for a second round of cleaning and completed a thorough disinfection. Everything was handled professionally and left clean and sanitary. Ramiro, who was the lead technician, was very polite, professional, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Servpro of Highland Park and their team. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. They truly deserve more than 5 stars!
