The technicians were prompt, professional, approachable, handled our belongings with care and answered any questions we had throughout the job and their quality of work and repair was second to none. They restored our kitchen as if nothing happened and instantly restored our belief in the insurance system and the home repair process. This is the best SERVPRO in our area and the best overall restoration company. They also do reconstruction afterwards. Alan and his team were always on time and really pushed our insurance company to get the most coverage while performing quickly and not cutting any corners. The entire process was handled by SERVPRO with no issues. Highly recommend them if you have any sort of property damage.

other team members who worked on site with him cleaned up everything, worked quickly, and everyone was kind and respectful.
I tend to be wary of places referred to me by insurance, but this experience with SERVPRO was excellent. Chesiree, my phone contact, was great and stayed on top of things (I had to organize SERVPRO’s work so that my contractor could come as soon as possible and have all the mold mitigation completed before he could start his work.)
FYI, I used them for mold mitigation in my one and only bathroom! Highly recommend this SERVPRO.
I had a leak that destroyed the wall to my living room/kitchen. SERVPRO came and got the job done very promptly and effectively. It looks way better than it did before. I loved that they were always on time and they completed the job very quickly. Very nice and professional as well. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Highland Park!
